Rates | 2019 - SEASONAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Seasonal accomodations are available only to full members.

A 20% non-refundable deposit will secure room/cabin. Balance is due on opening day.
A 10% security deposit is required on furnished accommodations [cabins and rooms].
A $25 refundable cabin key deposit is required for all cabin seasonal accommodations.

Description	Seasonal Rate
Cabin 2 (Offered by Owner):   Contact: Cabin-S-2@rocklodge.com (sleeps four). Two bedroom, fully furnished spacious cabin with 1 complete bath and kitchen (equipped with stove top oven, microwave & refrigerator). Private but centrally located. Second bedroom has private entry door making it possible for easy house sharing. Living room has a lovely piano and wood burning stove for cool weather. Small rear yard and deck out front with picnic table. Parking close by. Available May 1 - October 15. Rates: July or August - $2,500/month. May and June - $1,500/month. September and October (6 weeks) - $1,800. Electric added on to all rates.	$6,500 plus electric (Cash, or credit card+3% fee)
Cabin 20 (Offered by Owner):   Contact: Cabin-O-20@rocklodge.com (sleeps four). CABIN UP THE HILL: Comfortable, furnished cabin "up the hill". Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, porch/dining/living room combo with convertible sofa and dinette set; private toilet, outdoor shower, gas grill. Park next to cabin. Available May 15th to September 20th. Seasonal or monthly only. No short term rentals. Rates: July or August - $1,600/month. May 19 to June 30 - $1400. Sept 1 to Sept 20 - $600. This cabin is for sale. If you rent and buy, your rental fee will go towards purchase.	$4,000 (no credit/debit cards)
Stone House Room SH-4:   Contact: Room-S-SH4@rocklodge.com (Sleeps two). Room in historic stone house. Futon bed with full size thick mattress, dishes and eating utensils. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker located nearby, WiFi internet access. Nearby on same floor: sinks, bathrooms, shower. Gas BBQ located outside the building.	$2,050 *

Season runs from mid-April - mid-October.
* A $540 surcharge will apply to room occupancy exceeding 90 days, consecutive or non-consecutive, per season.
Rates do not include applicable daily or membership fees.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, debit/ATM cards, and payments through PayPal as well as fee-free direct bank transfers.
A service charge of 3.65% will be added to all card and PayPal transactions.
