Which BBQ Option do you Prefer? *

Below are the options we are considering. We want to hear which one you like best. We appreciate your feedback.

1. Catered by American BBQ Co. – $35 per adult; $20 per child (ages 5-17). Includes full buffet (hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, BBQ chicken, sausage and peppers, veggie burgers, corn, 3 sides, watermelon, and all the fixings). Set up and clean up included. Requires advanced registration and payment.

2. DIY BBQ with prepared meat trays – $25 per adult; $15 per child (ages 5-17). Includes prepared BBQ chicken and ribs or pulled pork, as well as burgers and hot dogs for members to grill for themselves. Members set up, clean up, and provide side dishes and desserts.

3. Fully volunteer-led – $20 per adult; $10 per child (ages 5-17). Volunteers cook hamburgers, veggie burgers and hot dogs; provide side dishes and desserts; responsible for set up, and clean up.
